Pat and Malcolm have been married for 64 years. But now Pat, aged 91, has bowel cancer and Malcolm, 88, who looks after her, has been diagnosed with lymphoma. He has a large growth on his neck which stops him sleeping comfortably at night.
For Malcolm, what he does for Pat is quite simply an act of love.
