We like to know when we get things right as it helps us monitor the support provided by our staff and volunteers. We love to hear about the work of our dedicated team of care workers and how they go that one step further when supporting people in their homes or community. Similarly we like to get feedback on the advice and information provided by our carer services team either on the telephone, via email or face-to-face. Feedback helps us ensure our team is providing the best support possible to you, and it is a great encouragement to us to know what we have done has benefitted you.
