About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Caring Together Charity as our Care Contracts Manager in Cambridgeshire and help shape the support for unpaid carers in our community. You’ll manage key contracts, ensuring the delivery of essential services to carers and their families. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our vision of empowering carers becomes a reality.

Responsibilities include overseeing contract management, leading a team of Rapid Responders, and maintaining high-quality service delivery while adhering to KPIs and budget requirements.. You’ll also play a crucial role in staff development, compliance, and safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with strong care management experience. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be comfortable and confident in attending and speaking at meetings with service providers across Cambridgeshire.
