Norfolk County Council has launched a digital resource for carers (DRC) platform. The platform is here to help you.

The digital resource for carers (DRC) combines Carers UK’s digital products and online resources with local information to give carers in Norfolk a comprehensive support resource. Visit carersdigital.org and use the unique access code to create an account for FREE: DGTL7862

Health and wellbeing
Get support with your own physical and emotional health and wellbeing, as well as information about support the health and wellbeing of a loved one.

The you and your wellbeing resource is designed to help  build strategies to maintain physical and emotional wellbeing. It also tackles the impact of stress on wellbeing as a result of juggling a hectic caring routine and how to cope with experiencing loss.

Support for caring
A range of resources are available to support with your caring role. This includes understanding how to build a help network, find local resources and services and find other areas of support.

Young adult carers
The young adult carers e-learning offers information for young carers aged 18-24 years.

Technology and caring
Find out about advice on how technology can help you with your caring role, as well as free access to Jointly, Carers UK’s care coordination app.

Financial planning
Get support with financial planning, and equipped with the tools and information to get you started.
