Coming out of lockdown together – advice

The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) have given advice to help people who are blind or partially sighted in coming out of lockdown.

As we are coming out of lockdown, some of the more visual safety measures, like social distancing and changes to the environment, are going to continue to be major barriers to independence and confidence for some people with disabilities.

As lockdown eases, RNIB have produced resources and services to help people rebuild any lost confidence and they are calling on the public to maintain the space, be patient, be helpful.
