New Don’t Tone Alone sessions this spring

Are you looking after a family member or friend and wanting some self-care, to keep fit and relax? You can spring into action with some gentle fitness activities.

For carers looking for even more opportunities,  Don’t Tone Alone offer online exercise classes for carers looking after a family member or friend. Based on carers’ feedback, they have provided new class bundles to help carers access these services.

Don’t Tone Alone CIC are providing a series of free online exercise classes from Monday 8 March until 12 April for carers looking after a family member of friend. On Monday 8 March there will also be a special women’s health session.

There are more sessions throughout March, with a new series of Mindfulness / Enerchi sessions getting underway on Tuesday 30 March.

On Monday 8 March at 12.30pm, Don’t Tone Alone will be delivering a special women’s session as part of International Women’s Day 2021.

Free online exercise classes are available of carers who look after a family member or friend, with their ‘Toning Through Tension’ sessions are on Mondays at 6pm.

These will be running for six weeks until 12 April.

• Mindful Movements (12.30pm Wednesdays)
