Are you caring for someone with a learning disability?

If you are caring for someone with a learning disability, you are being asked to give your views to help the health needs of people with a learning disability who live in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough be better understood.

This survey is part of engagement work being done by Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council Public Health Team. They would like to would hear the views of unpaid carers of adults with a learning disability.

The focus of this survey is to ask for views on unmet health needs amongst adults with a learning disability. The views of people with a learning disability and unpaid carers of children with a learning disability will be captured through different routes.

Survey closes on Sunday 26 February.
