Special needs child care in the home and community Caring Together offers a range of support for children aged from 0-19 with disabilities and their families, in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Our work with children and young people aims to promote their independence and inclusion, helping to develop life skills and aspirations. Our whole family approach enables parents, carers and families to have some time for themselves. We are committed to promoting choice and independence and supporting young people to achieve their potential. We help children and young people who have:
