Cambridgeshire Bobby Scheme

Yaxley Police Station

1 Queen Street

United Kingdom

The Bobby Scheme was set up by the Cambridgeshire Police Shrievalty Trust to help older and vulnerable people feel safer in their own homes by improving home security.

Our two “Bobbies” fit door chains, window and door alarms and other security devices as well as providing security advice and reassurance. If you are a victim of crime, 60 years or over, the service is free.

If you are 65 years or over, disabled or vulnerable we provide the same service but ask for a contribution towards the costs if possible. Keysafes can also be supplied and fitted.

Please telephone us to request a visit.
