Bipolar UK is a national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, and their families and carers.
We provide a range of support services for individuals affected by bipolar including Information, Support & Advice, a national network of Support Groups (over 125 across England, Wales and Northern Ireland), eCommunity (a moderated 24/7 web-based peer support forum), a Mentoring Service, Youth Service (for 18 to 25 years of age) and Employment service. Services can be accessed from anywhere in the UK.
In Cambridgeshire we have 2 support groups:
Cambridge Group
Meets at: Horizon Resource Centre, Coldhams Lane, Cambridge CB1 3HY
On: 4th Monday of every month
Time: 7.30pm
Huntingdon Group
Meets at: Maple Centre, 6 Oak Drive, Huntingdon PE29 7HN
On: 1st Wednesday of every month
Time: 2pm – 4pm
Bipolar UK support groups offer:

Group meetings are friendly, confidential and informal.
They are open to all individuals affected by bipolar, including those with a diagnosis, those pre- diagnosis, their family members, friends and carers. No need to book – just turn up!
