Carers Week is on the way from 6 – 12 June, if you are caring for a family member or friend, or a health professionals in Norfolk, we invite you to join us to a virtual conference for you.
Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership and Caring Together are hosting the event on the theme of ‘making caring visible, valued and supported.’
Being held on Wednesday 8 June 2022, from 9.45am-3.15pm there are sessions for both carers and health professionals. Topics include:
- Involving carers within hospital discharge
- Carers Passports within health settings
- Effects of caring on the mental health of carers
- COVID-19 and carers
