Great Shelford carers’ hub is an opportunity for adult carers and the people they look after to meet with others in a similar situation and share stories and experiences.
This month a representative from Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough will be at the hub talking about how you can get involved and share your views on local health and adult social care services.
