Free counselling for unpaid carers across Cambridgeshire
Caring for someone you love can be meaningful, but it can also be exhausting, isolating and emotionally overwhelming.
Many carers put their own wellbeing last.
Caring Together Charity counselling service can provide up to ten free counselling sessions, offering a safe, confidential space where carers (individuals, couples and other relationships such as parent carers, sibling carers, carer and cared for person) can talk openly about the challenges they’re facing, without judgement or pressure.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
