The Helping Hands Gardening Scheme assists those who are unable to tend to their gardens. They are able to carry out basic gardening tasks such grass cutting and hedge pruning. They are also able to carry out garden clearance but this does not include items such as sofas. They ask for a donation of £25 per hour to cover costs such as volunteer expenses, petrol, office overheads and servicing of equipment.
