The free helpline The Sleep Charity is run by trained sleep advisors. They can talk to anyone about their sleep issues eg. parents, adults, older people, or younger people including children. The helpline is open in the evenings on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7-9pm. And on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-11am.
