Because our staff say they love our work
People are an organisation’s best asset, they are its heartbeat and terrific advocates for the services it provides.
This is something we feel strongly at Caring Together Charity – and we were delighted to learn recently that these thoughts were reciprocated by our staff. At a recent staff induction, people were asked why they chose to work for us. This is what they said:
It is wonderful to know that our staff share our passions to support unpaid carers.
We want others to know this, we don’t want to be a best kept secret and are seeking to recruit high-calibre Care Professionals to join our dedicated team. If an employee recommends someone to us for any role within the charity, you will be paid £150 when they join, a further £150 after three months, and £200 when they pass their probationary period, as a special thank you.
