Different Strokes is a stroke charity run by younger stroke survivors for younger stroke survivors. They help working-age stroke survivors and their families in the UK to reclaim their lives through active peer support.
They have an information line staffed by stroke survivors where you can obtain practical information on life after stroke and signposting.
They also offer online and in-person groups for peer support.
