Young carers of all ages can come along for an action-packed day at Grafham Water Centre during the school holidays. The trip will provide a fantastic opportunity for young people with caring responsibilities to take a well-earned break, enjoy the outdoors, and try exciting new activities in a supportive and fun environment.
Throughout the day, young carers will take part in a range of adventurous experiences including sailing on the open water, testing their aim with archery, and scaling new heights with rock climbing. Each activity is designed to build confidence, teamwork, and resilience, while allowing space for laughter and connection.
A delicious lunch will be provided, giving everyone a chance to relax and socialise between activities. The trip is a brilliant way for young carers to recharge, make friends, and create lasting memories away from their day-to-day responsibilities.
