Donations in memory

Donations in memory

When we lose someone close, we cherish the memories we have shared.

One way to remember the life of a loved one is to ask family and friends to make a donation in-lieu of flowers. We can provide you with donation envelopes which have a Gift Aid declaration. You can return the envelopes and donations to us or ask your Funeral Director to return the envelopes and donations.  Once we have received these will send you a letter of thanks with a total figure as often people will send their envelope back to us directly. We will also send everyone who completes a donation envelope a thank you card.

Giving in memory of a loved one or friend is a very personal way of remembering them – and supporting us. You can do this in other ways such as:

  • Donate or set up a regular gift
  • Hold an event in memory
  • Participate in a fundraising challenge

We can help you at an event should you need it and we have an online fundraising platform to help make collecting donations easier.

If you would like to have a chat about an In Memory donation please contact Nicky Newton via email or call 01480 499090.
