This service offers medication advice and help to you in your own home. Whether you just want to know more about your medicines, whether you struggle to take them or whether you forget more than you remember them, the Domiciliary Medicines Management Service may be able to help. Medicines are not always easy to manage, let alone swallow! Our aim is to make managing and remembering your tablets easier for you and your family!
This is a free service provided by the NHS locally where I can either come and visit you in your own home for an informal discussion about medication or you can call and simply discuss your issues over the telephone.
